New requirements for making value-based decisions in the built environment
What’s happened and why?
Value-based decision making is already in use in both government and private sector investment policy. A complementary new Flex Standard is now available for FREE download that describes the process of making and implementing value-based decisions in the built environment to drive better social, environmental and economic outcomes.
It is simultaneously available for download and open for public comment and user feedback.
What does BSI Flex 390 v.1.0:2022-06 cover?
It gives requirements for implementing a consistent approach to value-based decision making within the inter-related processes undertaken in the management of a built environment project and throughout the project lifecycle of an asset.
