Thomas has joined BSI in October 2015 with more than 30 years business experience in management and consulting. He has worked with many international organizations in leadership positions. His main focus is Project, Change and Process Management. Thomas is born in Germany and is fluent in German and business English.

He has an excellent process understanding and is able to identify real issues that organizations face. With his experience from international projects he knows how to work successful in multi-cultural environments and with all levels in an organization.
