We surveyed 2,708 healthcare employees across the UK, US, Germany, and Japan, examining the link between workplace wellbeing and productivity to show:
47% left a role or took extended leave due to mental health challenges.
Less than half are familiar workplace standards, but 77% believe they are valuable.
48% reported no workplace support for menstrual or menopausal challenges.
61% reported that mental health challenges had a negative impact on their career progression.
59% with neurodiversity-related challenges reported reduced confidence in their ability to perform.
31% report mental health challenges causing tasks to take 1-2 hours longer.
