All BRCGS training courses provided by BSI are with approved material and BRC approved expert trainers. To get a BRCGS training certificate of achievement, simply book your training with BSI and take your exam during your course.  This includes certificates for BRCGS food safety auditor exams and BRCGS packaging certification exams.

BRCGS Food Safety training is available to the latest version, issue 8, which has been the actively audited BRCGS food safety standard since 1 February 2019. BRCGS packaging training is available to the new version, issue 6, which has been the actively audited BRCGS packaging standard since 1 February 2020. Now is the time to book your training course to ensure you are ready for the changes from BRCGS packaging issue 5.

Product Safety Management - Hazard Analysis and Risk-Based Preventive Controls (HARPC) >

This course covers the similarities and differences between requirements of the BRCGS Standard for Food Safety and the Food Safety Modernization Act’s (FSMA) Preventive Controls rule. HARPC encompasses far more in the way of food safety assessment and control than a traditional hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) plan.

Product Safety Management - Global Standard for Packaging and Packaging Materials: Effective Hazard and Risk Analysis (HARA) >

This course introduces delegates to BRCGS requirements, quality systems, the foundation of HARA – HACCP and the other crucial elements in managing a company’s risk-based systems and is aimed at personnel from packaging manufacturers who need to develop and implement the hazard and risk analysis plan.

This course will provide delegates with an understanding of the key components of an environmental monitoring programme to identify potential microbiological risks in production and open product areas; in addition to explaining different sampling methods and key elements of a corrective action procedure.
