    The NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Health & Safety Leadership Excellence qualification aims to provide holders with the knowledge and understanding of health & safety leadership to ensure that they can contribute to the effective management of the organisation's overall performance. 

    Jointly developed by NEBOSH and Great Britain’s Health and Safety Regulator, the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), this qualification is suitable for leaders and aspiring leaders who want to gain a core understanding of how their behaviours and responsibilities directly impact on health and safety management.

      • Decision making processes including mental shortcuts and biases
      • Leadership styles
      • The HSE's five leadership values
      • Building relationships with the workforce

    • This qualification is suitable for leaders and aspiring leaders who want to gain a core understanding of how their behaviours and responsibilities directly impact on health and safety management.
