Organizations are under increasing pressure to consistently deliver quality, manage environmental impacts, ensure safe and healthy workplaces, comply with evolving regulatory requirements, and respond to the expectations of customers, regulators, investors, and wider society.

This 2-day course provides a structured overview of ISO 9001:2026, ISO 14001:2026, and ISO 45001:2018, and the requirements of effective quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems. Designed for those new to these standards, it explains the purpose, structure, and key concepts of the harmonized framework, with a clear focus on understanding the requirements and their organizational relevance.

The course highlights how management systems support risk- and opportunity-based thinking, strengthen leadership accountability, and embed quality, environmental, and OH&S considerations into business planning and operational processes. It also explores key discipline-specific themes, including customer focus, quality culture, and process performance, lifecycle and environmental impact management, consideration of evolving organizational and global challenges such as climate change, and hazard identification and risk control to prevent injury and ill health.

By the end of the course, participants will understand both the shared requirements across the standards and the specific considerations of each, as well as the important role management systems play in organizational resilience, long-term value creation, and sustainable business performance.
