Effective implementation of AS 9120 requires the embedding of a quality culture within the organization. To this extent, it is imperative that all employees within the organization are aware of the core principles and benefits of the standard. The course is aimed at all levels of the organization including employees that may not be directly involved in Quality Management System roles.
