The strategic acquisition will bring together two highly respected organizations with strong technical expertise in helping businesses navigate an increasingly complex digital threat landscape. The integration of DTC’s capabilities related to loss prevention and digital resilience will enhance GRC’s ability to deliver end-to-end cybersecurity and risk management solutions across sectors.
Ifti Ahmed, CEO of GRC Solutions, commented: “This acquisition represents a major milestone in our growth strategy. The DTC team has a long-standing reputation for excellence in helping organizations optimise their operational resilience and risk posture. By combining our strengths, we will expand our footprint and enrich our capacity to deliver measurable value to customers seeking comprehensive and scalable solutions.”
Susan Taylor Martin, Chief Executive, BSI said: “BSI has taken the decision to sell DTC as part of a review of our strategy and future focus areas. Clients of both companies can expect a seamless transition and continued excellence in service delivery, with an expanded portfolio.
This move also strengthens GRC Solutions’ international reach and consulting capacity across EMEA, Japan and the USA, enabling greater support for global enterprises with complex security and compliance needs.
BSI will continue to provide consulting services in established areas such as supply chain, sustainability and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS). In addition, it will maintain its support for clients in digital trust-related areas – including AI, cybersecurity, data privacy, and more. Moving forward, this work will primarily be delivered through BSI’s Knowledge Solutions, Assurance Services and Regulatory Services businesses.
