Accessing workshop repair networks with BS 10125 Kitemark™ certification

Every repair your team completes to the right standard is something. The BSI Kitemark™ for Vehicle Damage Repair makes sure insurers can see it.

For body shops and workshops that already deliver quality work, certification is not about changing what you do. It is about getting the recognition you deserve for doing it. Insurers, fleet operators, and accident management companies use the Kitemark to identify repairers they can trust. Get certified, and you are not just on their radar. You can join their network lists.

    Networks available

    Vizion Network: Application Portal

National Accident Repair Group: Join Our Network

    Activate Group: Network Partner Application

    Fix Auto UK: Franchise Inquiry

Instead of just being a partner, you become part of the brand to access central insurer contracts.

    S&G Response: Repairer Registration

    Auxillis: Contact Supply Chain

    Kindertons: Repair Management Info

    Enterprise Managed Care: Inquiry Page

    FMG: Repairer Portal

    Lex Autolease: General Contact

Each of the organization above will have their own slight way of onboarding you to their network, below are some ideas on what that could look like.

    The "Digital front door"

Before clicking the links above, ensure you have a PDF digital pack ready to upload. It may need to include the below and more dependent on network, so handy to have all of the below to hand, that way you can add anything additional as you go:

    Your BS 10125 Certificate.

You may need a Audatex/GT Motive user ID.

Note*: These are platforms used in the automotive and insurance industries to calculate vehicle repair costs after accidents.

Photos of your work areas and business, these could include Reception, Key Work Areas etc…

    The desk audit

The network will review your data remotely. They look for "Gaps in the Map." If you are in a town where they already have three shops, you might be placed on a waiting list.

    The physical audit

A Network Manager may need to visit. They aren't just looking at the tools and qualifications, but overall experience and service.

    The trial period

If accepted, you might start as a "Reserve Repairer." You might only get 2–3 jobs a week. If your "Key-to-Key" time is fast and your "Supplement" requests are low, they will promote you to a Primary Partner with unlimited volume.
