Connected Learning Live brings the classroom to you
As new risks have emerged, many organizations have had to adapt the way in which they function. With many industries beginning to operate again, what can employers do to support their staff’s development and better prepare them for when they return to work?
Training plays a key role in enabling employees to perform in the day-to-day and sustain their management systems effectively. It’s also paramount in ensuring the organization’s strategic goals are met and customers’ expectations are maintained.
BSI can help organizations and individuals navigate challenges and provide the opportunity for businesses to train their people as they return to work and begin to define their 'next normal'.
Online training can provide the opportunity to train from a safe environment and can help address the concerns every organization has regarding the path forward through this unpredictable time.
Online training with BSI
Many of our trusted BSI training courses can now be delivered via Connected Learning Live, our highly-interactive virtual classroom.
Our online training courses are hosted in a virtual classroom with no more than 12 delegates per session, as we have found this to be the optimal classroom size.
Learning online provides an interactive learning environment and allows peer-to-peer networking, whilst maintaining a conducive atmosphere with the tutor.
How online training works
Online Conferencing - Unlike many other tools, our format allows the delegates and tutors to communicate in a live, interactive environment.
Instant Messaging - One of the features of our online learning platform is the ability to participate live and ‘live chat’ during the class with the tutor and other delegates. You can also take part in polls, submit questions and give comments via the ‘hand-raising’ feature.
Breakout Rooms - The tutor can simply place delegates into virtual breakout rooms where they can work on exercises together.
File Downloads - BSI provides electronic course materials to each delegate that include reference materials.
What are the benefits of online training?
Attend anywhere - The tutor and delegates can be in dispersed locations and meet in a virtual classroom on the web, enabling anyone, from anywhere, to participate. Everyone learns differently, and surroundings are key to a good learning experience.
Live interaction - The tutor can interact with delegates and share materials through audio and video streaming, as if they are together in a real classroom.
Social learning - Our virtual learning programs enable individuals to stay connected through video conferencing, online collaboration and social networking in a convenient, familiar and safe environment.
Valuable networking opportunities - The interactive breakout sessions offer the chance to network with other delegates, so you have time to discuss and share ideas with like-minded people.
