The BSI Training Academy can teach you the essential knowledge and skills a lead auditor needs, along with the areas your Certification Body (CB) will generally look for to comply with generic auditing requirements in management system standards. This includes the meanings and intention of certification criteria and associated theories, methodologies, techniques, and tools.

This course provides a clear introduction to ISO 45001:2018, the international standard for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSMS). It offers a comprehensive overview of the standard's key principles, structure, and requirements, helping participants understand its relationship with ISO 9001 and how to apply it effectively to manage OH&S risks and improve performance.

BSI, together with other BSI Group Companies, also offers a broad portfolio of business solutions other than the NSB activity that help businesses worldwide to improve results through standards-based best practice (such as certification, self-assessment tools, software, product testing, information products, and training). - Explain the role/responsibilities of an auditor to plan, conduct, report and follow up an audit in accordance with ISO 19011
- Build on existing lead auditor skills to: Plan, conduct, report, and follow up an audit of an OH&S MS to establish conformity (or otherwise) with ISO 45001 and ISO 19011
OH&S professionals, managers, consultants, and those with responsibilities for workplace safety or auditing.
On completion, you’ll be awarded an internationally recognized BSI Training Academy certificate.
