    Scope: The design, project management and delivery of highways services, projects and maintenance including undertaking Principal Designer and post construction duties. The provision of design and facilities management services for domestic, commercial and industrial premises within the private and public sectors. The undertaking of responsive repairs, void repairs, planned maintenance work, heating, mechanical and electrical work, refurbishment, adaptation, demolition and construction, projects across the public and private sectors. The design of temporary and permanent works and provision of professional services associated with building and civil engineering projects. Projects delivered in multiple sectors, both as stand-alone contracts, or as framework agreements. Operations cover the disciplines of structural and geotechnical engineering, architecture and building solutions, civil engineering, mechanical electrical and technology (including control automation (MEICA) and railways signalling), construction engineering, environment and sustainability, as well as project management and Principal Design activities.
