22 January 2026: iVolution, a business specialising in Generative AI, emerging technologies and digital transformation, has become one of the first organizations globally, and the first in the Middle East, to complete independent testing of its AI model and use of data to achieve the AI Performance Mark of Trust from BSI.
This independent verification to BSI’s AI Performance service demonstrates that iVolution’s AI models and datasets are performing as reported, enabling users and stakeholders to trust the safety and security of its products.
AI has huge potential to be a force for good, however ensuring that systems are safe and reliable is vital for building trust and to differentiate products in the global marketplace. The AI Performance Mark of Trust, from business improvement and standards company BSI, verifies that systems are not influenced by AI bias and that they possess robustness against 'unknown data', helping to ensure the reliability, transparency, and ethical alignment of AI systems.
Generative AI has rapidly become a widely used tool for businesses, with the market expected to reach more than USD 1 billion by 2034. The technology brings numerous benefits, from enhancing customer-facing operations to supporting strategic decision making. Furthermore, a recent study by BSI found that less than half of business leaders (49%) do not have confidence in their organization’s ability to provide transparency over the data sources and algorithms used in their AI tools, suggesting a low level of comfort in the data, and concerns over bias.
Following a rigorous, independent and impartial assessment of iVolution’s solution LAIM, the organization has received confirmation from BSI of their AI performance metrics, becoming one of the first companies globally to achieve this. AI Performance is an independent and impartial assessment of AI algorithms, models and the datasets used to train them by experienced technical and regulatory AI experts.
The service verifies the accurate reporting of AI performance metrics describing robustness, bias, classification performance and semantic segmentation. It is substantiated by international AI standards including Bias in AI systems and AI aided decision making, Robustness for Neural Networks and Assessment of machine learning.
Dushyant Sanathara, AI Commercial Operations Director, BSI said: “Generative AI technology is an invaluable tool with many potential benefits, including enhanced consumer experience, improved service levels and greater accuracy. However, to realize its potential, it is vital to build trust that AI-powered tools are being used safely and ethically.
“As organizations embrace the potential of AI, BSI’s AI Performance Mark of Trust is designed to support this, by helping to establish confidence in AI-enabled products, services, or systems to build a future where AI systems are trusted partners, contributing to the betterment of society. We’re delighted to see iVolution become one of the first organizations globally to be verified by BSI and receive the AI Performance Mark of Trust, helping its users and stakeholders to accelerate progress towards a safe, secure and trusted digital future.”
Dr. Mohamed Fahmy, Managing Partner at iVolution added: "Our vision with LAIM has always been to deliver AI solutions that are crafted around each client’s unique business challenges and opportunities.
“Earning the AI Performance Mark of Trust demonstrates that our technology performs as reported. More importantly, it shows that boards across the region can rely on LAIM to provide trusted and transparent results. We believe the true value of AI is unlocked when it is custom‑designed and responsibly deployed. This verification gives our clients confidence that they are partnering with a team dedicated to delivering tailored solutions that accelerate growth while upholding the highest ethical standards”.
