BSI and IntegrityNext join forces to help organizations manage supply chain

2 December 2025: A new partnership has been agreed to help organizations in Europe and beyond navigate the challenge of complex supply chains, meet EU and global regulatory requirements and ensure sustainable and responsible sourcing practices, at a time when the possibility of disruption is increasingly prevalent.

It follows recent BSI research, which found that more than half (54%) of organizations reported experiencing a significant supply chain disruption in the past 12 months, yet fewer than 1 in 3 had the systems, data, or response structures in place to mitigate the downstream impact in real time.

The agreement will see BSI, the business improvement and standards company, team up with IntegrityNext, a leading provider of supply chain sustainability software. It will enable organizations across all sectors – from manufacturing to financial services - have greater visibility over their supply chain, and improve traceability.

In our interconnected world, supply chain disruptions can strike at any moment without warning. Whether triggered by human conflict, network-paralyzing cyberattacks, or devastating natural disasters, these interferences can turn historically stable trade routes into volatile and even dangerous territories. At the same time, organizations are under growing pressure to manage ESG risks and ensure responsible sourcing across their supply networks, whilst adapting to the impact of tariff changes and trade disruption.

New regulations – such as the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) – require organizations to trace product origins, monitor environmental and social impacts, and embed sustainability into procurement decisions. As a result, procurement is no longer just about cost and efficiency – it has become a critical lever for compliance, resilience, and long-term performance.

The collaboration between BSI and IntegrityNext is designed to support organizations with achieving greater supply chain transparency and navigating the increasing complexity of global ESG and due diligence requirements. By combining BSI’s expertise in shaping internationally recognized standards, advisory services, and risk intelligence with IntegrityNext’s scalable platform for supply chain due diligence and sustainability, the partnership aims to enable companies to identify and mitigate risks, meet evolving EU and global regulations, and build stakeholder trust.

Michael Dollak, Senior EMEA Head of Partnerships, BSI said: “Global supply chains are becoming increasingly complex. With geopolitical tensions, economic fluctuations, the impact of AI, climate-driven disruptions, and rapid regulatory shifts, organizations are having to adapt faster than ever before. We’re delighted to partner with IntegrityNext to help businesses navigate the challenges of complex supply chains, reduce risk, meet regulatory and sustainability requirements and crucially, seize opportunities for growth.”

Katrin Ostheimer, Head of Partner Management at IntegrityNext added, “As ESG demands and regulations intensify, companies need both strategic clarity and scalable execution. Together with BSI, we help our customers meet these demands by combining expert guidance with the digital tools needed to deliver measurable ESG performance and compliance.”
