    Scope: SAP Central Cloud Services ISMS governs services in conformance with activities #1, #2, #3, #4, #6 of the French reference system ANS HDS:2024 v2. The scope of data processing locations for personal health data hosting, including hosting of personal health data is listed in this certificate along with office locations where operational activities are provided from. SAP’s activities are limited to #3, #4, #6 of the French reference system ANS HDS:2024 v2 when external infrastructure providers in Frankfurt, Germany or Amsterdam, The Netherlands are used. This is in accordance with the ISMS Statement of Applicability of SAP Central Cloud Services, version 1.0 as of 30OCT2025 together with the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certificate issued by MCESB under IAS and Accredia accreditation number CERT-000845, valid until 31MAY2027. The organization is certified according to ISO 27001:2022. This HDS Certificate is valid subject to a valid ISO 27001 certification for the same scope.
    Le SMSI de SAP Central Cloud Services régit les services en conformité avec les activités HDS #1, #2, #3, #4, #6 du référentiel français ANS HDS:2024 v2. Le périmètre des lieux de traitement des données pour l'hébergement de données incluant l'hébergement de données de santé à caractère personnel est listé dans ce certificat ainsi que les lieux de bureaux à partir desquels les activités opérationnelles sont fournies. Les activités de SAP sont limitées aux points 3, 4 et 6 du système de référence français ANS HDS:2024 v2 lorsque des fournisseurs d'infrastructure externes à Francfort, en Allemagne, ou à Amsterdam, aux Pays-Bas sont utilisés. Ceci est conforme à la déclaration d'applicabilité du SMSI de SAP Central Cloud Services, version 1.0 en date du 30OCT2025 ainsi qu'au certifi-cat ISO/IEC 27001:2022 délivré par MCESB sous le numéro d'accréditation IAS et Accredia CERT-000845, valable jusqu'au 31 Mai 2027. L'organisation est certifiée selon la norme ISO 27001:2022. Ce certificat HDS est valable sous condition d’une certification ISO 27001 valide pour le même périmètre.
