Scope:

General fabrication embracing structural steelwork, access steelwork, tanks and panels and offsite modular manufacturing.
Pipework in modular and non modular form to include spools and conduit assemblies, general steelwork, bracketry and hangers, railway installations. Electrical racking fabrication.
Building, civil engineering and demolition contracting incorporating the procurement and management of design services for permanent works.
The design of permanent and temporary works for demolition, civil engineering and building projects. The demolition and dismantling of buildings and structures. The design, construction and testing of bored and driven cast-in-situ concrete piles, driven preformed piles, steel sheet piles, ground improvement and diaphragm walls.
The hire, design and installation of cranes, hoists, hoardings and site accommodation units in addition the hire of mechanical and piling plant/equipment. The provision of operators for cranes and mechanical plant as required.
The provision of fleet, plant movement and temporary work services in addition the management of communications equipment.
Hire and design of non-mechanical plant. Fabrication, hire, sale of lifting equipment and accessories. The management, thorough examination and testing of the lifting equipment.
The installation, maintenance and removal of temporary traffic management. Supplying and fitting of stone floors and walls, and the management of such projects, building contracting, stonemasonry, restoration and conservation. The installation of marine piling, anchors and associated grouting.
