After having successfully implemented an Anti-bribery Management System (ABMS), based on BS 10500, organizations want to make sure that their best-practice framework is diligently monitored, reviewed and improved.
With a rigorous audit process, you can consistently evaluate your organizations ABMS to continually improve its performance in the area of risk and due diligence.
Led by an experienced BSI tutor, this five day course, will help you develop your knowledge and skills to lead a system assessment / audit of an ABMS.
By engaging in practical exercises, group activities and classroom discussions, you will go through the entire auditing process.
