ESA is a quality assurance program against the current Australian retailer and regulatory requirements.

Helping egg producers demonstrate trusted compliance

Partnering with BSI to complete your ESA compliance audit provides confidence that your operations meet the highest standards of safety, welfare, and product quality.

Based on HACCP principles, the program covers aspects of egg production, including animal welfare, product quality, biosecurity, and food safety. Producers in the program must undergo annual compliance audits to verify ongoing conformance.
