Construction Safety Oversight Services

  • Complete periodic safety assessment of contractor activities
  • Conduct periodic safety meetings with all contractors
  • Design and implement safety metrics and KPIs, including management dashboards
  • Ensure appropriate certifications are provided (e.g. 10-hr or 30-hr OSHA construction)
  • Ensure contractor safety plans align with Site-wide HASP
  • Ensure safety and environmental awareness with continued safety training
  • Establish emergency/evacuation procedures and communication among all contractors
  • Facilitate daily tailgate meetings and toolbox talks
  • Identify behavior-based safety issues to continually improve safety performance
  • Review Job Safety Analyses and Task Hazard Analysis prior to start work

Site Remediation and Re-development Support

  • Assessment of sites that may require engineering/institutional controls and evaluating how that would impact development activities
  • Development of environmental remedial strategies for redevelopment projects that are tailored to the desired end use
  • Development of potential limitations to development, such as wetlands, rights-of-way, former structures, etc., to aid in the development process
  • Working with both buyers and sellers of environmentally impacted properties targeted for redevelopment
  • Work with regional and local real estate firms to assist in marketing impacted properties

Remedial Cost Estimating and Environmental Reserve Management Services

He is a well-rounded, creative manager with client-focused experience including regulatory compliance and negotiation strategy development; due diligence; site investigation; remediation system design, construction and O&M; site development support/planning; industrial hygiene and safety; litigation support; and cost estimating/financial reserve and tracking analyses.
