EORM, a BSI Professional Services Company and leading provider of environmental, health, safety and sustainability consulting services, has acquired Austin, Texas-based Hill Country Environmental, Inc. Hill Country provides a full range of environmental consulting and engineering services to assist companies with complex air quality, waste water and hazardous waste permitting and environmental regulatory compliance issues.

In January of 2015, EORM was acquired by BSI, a UK-headquartered global business standards company founded in 1901 with over 80,000 clients in 172countries. Now an operating subsidiary of BSI's Professional Services business in the US, EORM serves as a platform for BSI's global expansion of its EHS consulting and compliance services.
