Also, depending on the employee’s role, there are opportunities to participate in our variable pay programs. Payouts for those plans are based on a combination of factors such as individual performance and/or regional or company financial performance.

Not all elements of the benefits described here are available at all locations, and some benefits are dependent upon position. The provisions of the Plan document govern for each of the various plans in the event of conflict with the information provided here. All components of our total compensation and benefits package are subject to amendment or termination by the company.
