Scope
The energy management activities for the production of wash oil, anthracene oil, industrial naphthalene, medium temperature pitch, modified pitch.
1. Comprehensive energy consumption per unit output of wash oil is as follows: 270kgce/t. The production process is as follows: coal tar- dehydration- distillation- dephenolization- distillation
2. Comprehensive energy consumption per unit output of anthracene oil is as follows: 50kgce/t. The production process is as follows: coal tar- dehydration- distillation
3. Comprehensive energy consumption per unit output of industrial naphthalene is as follows: 220kgce/t. The production process is as follows: coal tar- dehydration- distillation- dephenolization- distillation
4. Comprehensive energy consumption per unit output of medium temperature pitch is as follows: 30kgce/t. The production process is as follows: coal tar- dehydration- distillation- cooling
5. Comprehensive energy consumption per unit output of modified pitch is as follows: 60kgce/t. The production process is as follows: coal tar- dehydration- distillation- flashing- cooling-(liquid products)- molding- (solid products)
