    Operating the Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport, VSA delivers safe, reliable launch services that support government and commercial missions.

    Founded as a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia, VSA manages launch pads, payload facilities, and an airfield at Wallops Island. Guided by its motto “mission first and safety always,” it is building a premier U.S. spaceport.

    As demand for commercial and government space missions grows, the Virginia Spaceport Authority (VSA) faced the challenge of ensuring its services matched international expectations for safety and quality.
