Six Sigma is an organisational approach to continuous improvement that focuses on minimising the variability of key process outcomes. This five-day course uses Minitab 18 software and will cover the technical and analytical tools that can be applied to operational improvement projects.

By attending this course you will be one step closer to developing the skills required for ISO18404 Black Belt certification.

Pedagogical objectives

Following this course, participants will be able to:

Use a wide range of analytical and graphical tools associated with Six Sigma (and the Black Belt level)
Select, use and correctly interpret the results of analytical tools
Demonstrate a sound knowledge of the correct use of objective data in improvement projects
Begin to develop the skills required by ISO18404 (with reference to ISO13053) through knowledge and practice of a range of technical tools

- Deepen your Lean Six Sigma Green Belt skills and demonstrate an understanding of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt technical tools and their application
- Recognise which tools to use and during which stage of the improvement project
- Appreciate the key requirements of a data-driven approach to continuous improvement
- Gain a solid foundation in Six Sigma Black Belt statistical techniques
- Take a step towards certification to ISO18404
This course is intended for:
- Anyone who wishes to learn how the technical tools of Six Sigma can be applied to the continuous improvement process, or who is seeking future certification to ISO18404.

- Introduction to the training, detailed program and security assignments
- Course presentation, theory and activities/roles plays
- Answers to the activities

- Additional documents, distributed during the sessions, to use for the activities

* These training modules are eligible to the subsidizing by the public institutions in France (OPCO).

**Each delegate receives a training convention after enrollment.
