根据国家市场监督管理总局（国家认监委）《关于加强认证信息报送和认证证书信息查询管理的公告》（2026年第28号），自2026年9月30日起，认证证书查询实行“谁发证、谁负责”原则：
- 由国家认监委统一制定认证规则的认证证书，仍可在国家认监委官网查询基本信息；
- 由认证机构自行制定规则并备案的认证证书（如其他管理体系认证、自愿性工业产品认证、一般服务认证等），国家认监委官网将不再提供查询，后续认证证书真实性、有效性核验应通过发证机构官方渠道进行。
BSI 作为贵司的认证机构，现说明如下：
- 贵司持有的 BSI 签发的相关认证证书，不会因查询渠道调整而失效；
- 自2026年9月30日起，如相关认证证书已不在国家认监委官网展示显示，属政策调整结果，不代表认证证书无效；

- 如贵司参与招投标、客户验厂、合规尽调，建议提前在 BSI 官网查询并保存认证证书有效性截图/电子证书/查询链接，作为第三方核验材料；
- BSI 将持续提供免费、实时、便捷的认证证书查询服务。
为避免后续商务场景中因“国家认监委查不到”产生误解，建议贵司：
- 内部归档 BSI 官网查询路径；
- 主动告知招标方、采购方、子公司及合作伙伴“认证证书以 BSI 官网核验为准”；
- 如需 BSI 出具书面证书有效说明，可联系您的客户经理。

Notice Regarding the Adjustment of Certification
Certificate Verification Channels
Dear Valued Customer,
Greetings!
According to the Announcement on Strengthening the Management of Certification Information Submission and Certificate Information Verification (No. 28 of 2026) issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation (Certification and Accreditation Administration of the P.R.C.), effective September 30, 2026, certification certificate verification will follow the principle of "whoever issues the certificate is responsible for it":
- For certification certificates for which certification rules are uniformly formulated by the CNCA, basic information can still be verified on the official website of the CNCA;
- For certification certificates for which rules are formulated and filed by certification bodies themselves (such as other management system certifications, voluntary industrial product certifications, general service certifications, etc.), the CNCA official website will no longer provide verification. Going forward, the authenticity and validity of such certificates should be verified through the issuing certification body's official channels.
As your certification body, BSI hereby clarifies the following:
- The relevant certification certificates issued by BSI that your company holds will not become invalid due to this adjustment of verification channels;
- Effective September 30, 2026, if the relevant certification certificates are no longer displayed on the CNCA official website, this is a result of the policy adjustment and does not mean the certificates are invalid;
- For the validity of certification certificates, please refer to BSI's official verification portal:https://www.bsigroup.com/zh-CN/validate-bsi-issued-certificates/(https://www.bsigroup.com/zh-CN/validate-bsi-issued-certificates/)
- If your company participates in tendering and bidding, customer factory audits, or compliance due diligence, it is recommended to verify and save screenshots of certificate validity, electronic certificates, or verification links from the BSI official website in advance as third-party verification materials;
- BSI will continue to provide free, real-time, and convenient certification certificate verification services.
To avoid misunderstandings in future business scenarios due to "not being found on the CNCA website," we recommend your company:
- Internally file and archive the BSI official website verification path;
- Proactively inform tenderers, purchasers, subsidiaries, and partners that "certification certificate verification shall be based on the BSI official website";
- If you need BSI to issue a written statement confirming certificate validity, please contact your account manager.
