    We surveyed 3,830 employees in the consumer, retail and food sectors across the UK, US, Germany, and Japan. We found that:

    • 40% reported that their employer offered no mental health support service.

    • Less than half (48%) feel confident raising menstrual and menopausal health challenges.

    • 92% reported that they continued to work while unwell.

    • Only a third reported presence of formal policies or a named individual responsible for wellbeing.

    • 63% reported that mental health challenges have negatively impacted career progression.

    • Only 28% reported receiving support and provision for menopausal and menstrual health challenges.
