Training Support

If you require additional support using BSOL, our expert training team are on hand to help with in number of ways. Training sessions can provide a full breakdown of how to use the service, whilst also giving you the opportunity to ask any questions you might have.

Training is free and unlimited throughout your subscription and our team is able to accommodate to time zones other than GMT. We have various training methods available to you:

  • Personalized virtual training sessions 
  • Face-to-face sessions
  • Pre-set webinars that take place at 2pm - 2.30pm (2.45pm) GMT (Academic subscribers) and 3pm - 3.30pm (3.45pm) Corporate GMT (Corporate subscribers)
