BSI's Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The British Standards Institution will be held on Thursday 21 May 2026.

On 21 May 2026 at 11:30 am, the Annual General Meeting of The British Standards Institution will be held at The Landmark London Hotel, and online. An invitation from the Chairman, including the notice of the meeting and proxy form, will be sent to all members.

The meeting will include the formal business and presentations from the Chief Executive, Susan Taylor Martin and from Scott Steedman, Director-General, Standards.

To more accurately reflect the views of members, voting will be carried out by poll on each of the resolutions put to the meeting, rather than on a show of hands. This will give all members the opportunity to participate in the decision-making of the company and have their votes recorded.
