This two-day training course incorporates balanced scorecard and performance management (KPI’s) concepts, giving you an understanding from setting strategies to developing teams/function objectives and KPI’s for individual appraisal. This course aims to help you understand balanced scorecard and performance management concepts so that you can develop team/function objectives and key performance indicators for individuals that align with your organization’s strategy.
