Industrilås is IATF 16949 certified
BSI Group Nordics Branch Manager Christopher Krutrök is handing out an IATF 16949 Certificate to the Management team of Industrilås AB in Sweden. Industrilås is an integrated full service provider of commercial products and system solutions for latches, hinges and sealing technology for industrial applications.
With a doubled turnover since 2010, new production facilities being built and several new export markets, the company has grown it´s operations rapidly.

What other organizations can learn from the certification process with BSI
To have the senior management support from start was essential. Some of the sub projects in the implementation stage was driven by the senior managers themselves which gave a very good understanding for the project. Also, it is important to emphasize that the work doesn´t end with the certification audit, we need to continue working with the processes we have implemented and keep the management system active.
