    Learn how to effectively audit management systems and lead audit teams using Global best practice (ISO 19011:2018 Guidelines for auditing management systems). This course will give you the skills to plan, perform and report on management systems audits.

    You will be guided you through the entire internal audit process - from planning an audit to reporting on audit results and following up on corrective actions. You'll also learn the responsibilities of a Lead Auditor and how to effectively lead an audit team.
