This course aims to equip you with the knowledge and practical skills required to effectively plan, conduct, report, and follow-up internal audits against FSSC 22000 Version 7.
You will develop an understanding of audit principles in line with ISO 19011, learn how to evaluate evidence against FSSC requirements (including key areas such as food defence, food fraud, allergen management, and environmental monitoring), and gain the confidence to identify nonconformities, communicate findings, and review and respond to proposed corrective action.

Anyone involved in the auditing, maintaining, or improving an FSSC 22000 FSMS. This may include staff in operations, technical, quality or management teams.
You should have a good knowledge of FSSC 22000 and the key principles of an FSMS. If not, we strongly recommend you attend our Understanding FSSC v7 Training Course or the FSSC 22000 v7 Transition Training Course (if you have previously attended a Requirements course to the previous version of FSSC 22000).
