Course Aim: The course aims to provide delegates with an Awareness of basic concepts of 5S and the technique & methods to be used for deployment of this concept in an organization.

Course Description: 5S is a system for organizing workplace so that work can be performed efficiently, effectively, and safely. It provides a methodology to increase productivity through having a clear, clean, safe, and organized work place. In fact 5S forms the basis for all other improvements in the organization.

This interactive and activity based one day course gives you overall awareness of different steps of 5S and how these can be implemented effectively in the organization.

Gain an understanding of significance of each S of 5S and how different tools of 5S are deployed in the organization.
