Richard Holborow is the Head of Clinical Compliance at BSI. Prior to his role at BSI, Richard worked as a clinical physiologist for 16 years within the National Health Service (NHS) specialising in implantable cardiac devices and electrophysiology. Richard joined BSI in 2018 bringing his clinical expertise and passion for clinical data to the organisation. Richard is also involved with the working groups of the Medical Device Co-ordination Group (MDCG) for the EU.

Diego Falletti, Technical Team Manager - Vascular, is leading a team of Technical Specialists and Scheme Managers at BSI. Prior to joining BSI, he held various engineer roles in R&D at Medtronic Vascular and Active Implantable Medical Devices manufacturer. He has over 20 years experience in Medical Device field. His area of expertise are drug-device combination products and vascular medical devices.

Dörte Asmus is a Technical Specialist and Scheme Manager with the Medical Devices Regulatory Services Team at BSI since 2017. She conducts technical reviews and scheme manages clients in MDR. Previosly, Dörte worked as a biomedical engineer in various leadership roles in R&D projects and has over 10 years of experience in the orthopaedic and dental industry.

Kevin Madden is a Team Training Lead and Technical Team Manager with the Medical Devices Regulatory Services Team at BSI, which he joined in 2015. Kevin is an accomplished biomedical engineer with a proven track record of success in leadership roles in the research, development, commercialisation and regulation of medical technology and has over 16 years of experience in the orthopaedic and dental industry.
