Endeavour Drinks Liquor

Endeavour Group requires all nominated drinks suppliers to hold certification to the Endeavour Group Quality Standard for Drinks (EDQ).

Supporting compliance with the Endeavour Quality Standard

BSI Group is an approved Global certification body for the Endeavour Group Quality Standard for Drinks (EDQ), a beverages safety standard for one of Australia's liquor retailers.

The EDQ Standard applies to drinks businesses that have been nominated by Endeavour Group as part of the contractual requirements for supply, primarily for businesses manufacturing Pinnacle Drinks Own Branded products.

To become certified, suppliers are required to:
Become certified to Endeavour Quality Standard and maintain annual certification, OR hold a GFSI Quality and Food Safety Standard and complete an EDQ Addendum at the time of the annual GFSI audit.

BSI as the approved EDQ Certification Body must be used for both in both instances.

Meeting Endeavour Group supplier requirements

BSI is an approved global certification body for the Endeavour Group Quality Standard for Drinks.
Applies to nominated winemakers, brewers and distillers supplying Pinnacle Drinks Branded products.
Suppliers must hold EDQ or GFSI certification with an EDQ addendum completed annually.
BSI auditors conduct both the GFSI and EDQ Addendum audits during a single visit.
