Moving on from operational to organizational transformation requires greater competencies. This requires change leaders, which we call Lean Master. Lean Masters would be able to confidently address lean issues and opportunities at the corporate and operational levels. In addition, Lean Masters would be able to make recommendations to top management on direction and vision of the lean initiatives.

How will I benefit?

Understand the contents of lean initiatives – philosophy, principles and techniques
Lead and manage lean improvement teams for breakthrough performance
Train and guide lean experts on lean initiatives
Lead in identifying and prioritizing key improvement opportunities and obstacles
Guide and support lean experts on identifying and managing opportunities. Support top management business strategy via lean activities and roadmap
Establish key performance metrics to monitor progress and results attained
Sponsor and arrange resources to sustain improvement gained and ongoing activities.

Participants would be able to:
- Explain Lean principles and techniques
- Follow the techniques of each Lean tool (in the syllabus) and apply them in initiating, leading and managing improvement projects
- Recite the respective lean tools in details (objective, purpose and application)
Senior Managers, Managers, Engineers, operational professionals and personnel responsible for the organisation’s Lean improvement and culture transformation.
On completion, you will be awarded an internationally recognized BSI Training Academy certificate.

Pre-requisite(s):
- Candidate must have attended Lean Expert Training conducted by BSI Academy.
- For candidate not previously trained under BSI Academy, a Lean knowledge assessment will apply before course commencement. (Note: It is compulsory for candidates to pass this assessment)
