Project teams, consisting of both a leader and team members, are the basic function in the Six Sigma system. If you are going to be a member of a Six Sigma team, then this course is for you.

To be an effective team member you need basic training on Six Sigma problem-solving techniques. This course will equip you with the skills to become a Six Sigma Yellow Belt so you can work with Green and Black belts within your organization to implement Six Sigma to drive business improvement.

Collect reliable data and understand simple data analysis
Participate effectively in the team problem solving process
Participate effectively in process mapping and redesign efforts
Assist to disseminate and apply Six Sigma methodology within your organizations

Upon completion of this training, you’ll be able to:
- To develop effective Six Sigma team members to support Black Belts and Green Belts in an organization for improvement projects.
- To introduce basic Six Sigma tools for analyzing and improving processes.
This training is designed for Associate/ Assistant Engineers, Senior Technicians, Administrative Executives/ Officers, and/or anyone who want to be a trained Six Sigma project team members.
On completion of Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training you will receive an internationally recognized BSI certificate of attendance
