The Toyota Production System (TPS) is the philosophy developed by Toyota of Japan. The essence of TPS is all activities are divided into adding value or creating waste. The ultimate goal of TPS is to maximize value by eliminating waste and thereby, achieve what is valued –business results!

This training will provide participants with a general overview of the PRINCIPLES and TECHNIQUES vital to transform a “traditional” manufacturing organization to a “lean” organization.
