This course will provide you with a foundational awareness of AI, its types, and its importance to employees. It explains AI beyond the hype, clarifies its connection to your daily work, and helps build a shared language across teams.

You’ll learn how to confidently use AI tools in your day-to-day role, from writing and planning to decision-making and communication. The course includes hands-on guidance for writing effective prompts, evaluating AI outputs, and spotting opportunities to simplify tasks. It also covers key risks around ethics, bias, and data protection, giving you the confidence to use AI safely and responsibly at work.

This course consists of three modules:

Introduction to AI in the workplace
Using AI Effectively
Responsible Use, Ethics, & Data
