5S is the renowned and proven philosophy and methodology for organizing, cleaning, developing, and sustaining a productive and functional work environment. Many have discovered 5-S to be an invaluable base on which subsequent improvements to quality, safety, morale, productivity and efficiency may be developed.

This course is a MUST for ALL organizations who are serious on the continual practice of 5-S and its incorporation into the organizational culture. The 5S auditor plays an important role in assessing the status of 5S implementation and contributing ideas for enhancement of 5S practices in the organization.

For in-house trainings, learners may opt for a “live audit” arrangement which optimizes learning via direct hands-on application of auditing skills in the workplace.

This programme is suitable for Managers, Executives, Engineers, Team Leaders and Supervisors who are responsible to review the status of 5S implementation at the workplace. It is recommended that delegates attending this programme know the basics of 5-S and have some hands-on implementation experience.

Delegates who have little or no knowledge of 5S are recommended to attend 5S Principles & Implementation training prior to attending the 5S Auditing course.
