Clare Winkel is presenting at the 2015 SQF Conference

We’re pleased to announce that Clare Winkel, BSI Client Manager and Food Industry Specialist, will be presenting at the SQF International Conference in Indianapolis this November 2015. Clare will present on the topic of Food Fraud, and will discuss how to assess vulnerability and how to implement preventative countermeasures. In addition, Clare will be moderating the Seafood Processing roundtable.

Clare is one of the food industry’s foremost experts in Food Safety and Quality. In her 28 years of experience with the food industry, she has conducted audits against a large range of standards including SQF, WQA, Coles, BRC and BSI Ethical Standards, across many fields including seafood, meat and poultry, manufacturing, dairy and more. Clare’s expertise has taken her across the globe, conducting assessments in many countries including the UK, Australia, Canada, USA, New Zealand, Holland, China, Jamaica, Trinidad and Vietnam.
