The course supports in understanding processes for enhanced student's performance, increased staff morale and motivation, compliance with regulations, and other areas of operations. A Management System for Educational Organization (EOMS) audit provides a solid framework for meeting the challenges and realizing the above benefits.

This course develops the necessary skills to assess and report on the conformance and implementation of processes based on ISO 21001:2018. You’ll learn how to initiate an audit, prepare and conduct audit activities, compile and distribute audit reports and complete follow-up activities.

Anyone involved in the auditing, maintaining or supervising of a EOMS.

Prerequisites: You should have a good knowledge of requirements and processing in and Educational Institute and the key principles of an EOMS. The requirements of EOMS will be discussed during this 3 day course.
