BLACK BELTS are the cross-functional change agents who apply the Six Sigma methodology to develop innovative solutions to real business issues and problems that will yield dramatic improvements to profitability, increased customer satisfaction and market share.

Now with a Six Sigma Green Belt qualification*, one can complete Six Sigma Black Belt training through a shorter pathway by only going through a conversion of 10 days. The stringent certification requirements remain to sustain the quality as a Six Sigma Black Belt.

With the equivalent intensity, this program is designed to advance qualified Green Belt to Black Belt level with an in-depth understanding cum skills of the Six Sigma concepts, methods and tools that are necessary to achieve breakthrough improvement in key processes.

To advance Green Belt to Black Belt in analyzing and improving business or manufacturing processes using the Six Sigma approach so that the participants will be able to:
- Work with management to identify improvement projects.
- Effectively lead teams to improve processes.
- Disseminate and apply Six Sigma principles, culture and methodology across the organization as a change agent.
This enrichment training program is designed for any current Six Sigma Green Belts whom wanted to pursue a higher degree of Six Sigma expertise.

Pre-requisite:
- Candidate must have attended Six Sigma Green Belt Training conducted by BSI
- For candidate not previously trained under BSI, a Six Sigma knowledge assessment will apply before course commencement. (Note: It is compulsory for candidates to pass this assessment)
- Training pack (training materials, BSI pen, training course note)
- Lunch
- Refreshments
On completion, you will be awarded an internationally recognized BSI Training Academy certificate.
