Develop the expertise and confidence to lead environtmental management system (EMS) audits with this CQI and IRCA Certified ISO 14001:2026 Lead Auditor Training Course (PR376). The programme builds the knowledge and practical skills needed to plan, conduct, and report audits that support continual improvement.
This training course incorporates BSI’s Connect Plus audit platform, which you’ll use throughout the skills-based activities to simulate real audit scenarios. Guided by experienced BSI tutors, you’ll apply ISO 14001:2026, ISO 19011 auditing guidelines, and best-practice auditing methods in a structured, practical environment that builds confidence in delivering first, second, and third-party audits.
This course forms part of the BSI Auditor Qualification pathway. On successful completion of the online exam, you’ll achieve a BSI Qualification, recognised with the BSI Mark of Trust, an international symbol of auditing competence that you can showcase across your CV, digital profiles, and workplace communications.
Anyone with the need to manage and lead audit programmes relevant to their organization’s ISO 14001:2026 Environmental Management System.
You should have a good knowledge of ISO 14001:2026 requirements, key concepts and principles of an EMS, and a foundation in EMS auditing. If not, we strongly recommend you attend our ISO 14001:2026 Requirements and ISO 14001:2026 Internal Auditor training courses.
Delegates are expected to have the following prior knowledge:
a) Management systems
b) Environmental management
c) ISO 14001
On completion, you’ll be awarded a CQI and IRCA certified training course certificate.
This course is certified by CQI and IRCA (the Chartered Quality Institute and the International Register of Certificated Auditors) and meets the training requirements for CQI and IRCA Environmental Management Systems Auditor Certification.
