The DiSC® behavioral model is based on research conducted by William Moulton Marston Ph.D. (1893-1947). Marston wanted to examine the behavior of “normal” people in their environment or within a specific situation.
DiSC® profiling is a tool that provides a framework for understanding your unique behavioral style. Millions of people have gained insight about themselves and others through the DiSC®-based learning instruments. It provides a non-judgmental language for exploring behavioral issues across four primary dimensions.
DiSC® profiles develop critical interpersonal business skills such as sales, leadership, management, teambuilding, communication. For more than 30 years, Wiley’s solution-focused products have been used worldwide in thousands of organizations of all sizes. With DiSC®, there will be a deeper understanding to work behaviours or culture.
Everything DiSC® profiles use the third-generation of the DiSC® assessment - a research-validated learning model - to create a highly personalized learner experience. Each profile is topic-specific, with in-depth information, including tips, strategies, and action plans to help you become more effective.
Individuals who wish to learn about DiSC® and how they are able to interpret the results from Everything DiSC Workplace® Profile
DiSC Workplace® Profiles must be completed via online 1 week before this training is due to run.
On completion, you will be awarded an internatoinally recognized BSI Training Academy certificate.
