Project teams, consisting of both a leader and team members, are the basic function in the Six Sigma system. If you are going to be a member of a Six Sigma team, then this course is for you.

To be an effective team member you need basic training on Six Sigma problem-solving techniques. This course will equip you with the skills to become a Six Sigma Yellow Belt so you can work with Green and Black belts within your organization to implement Six Sigma to drive business improvement.

MINITAB^TM software will be the official software used during the training.

Assist to disseminate and apply Six Sigma methodology within your organizations

Upon completion of this training, you’ll be able to:
- Effectively support Black Belts and Green Belts on improvement projects
- Introduce basic Six Sigma tools for analysing and improving processes
Associate/ assistant engineers, senior technicians, administrative executives/officers, and/or anyone who wants to be a trained as a Six Sigma project team member.

Yellow Belt Certification Requirements
- Complete Yellow Belt training with 100% attendance
- Pass the exam with the minimum score of 70% at the end of the training session
