The Six Sigma Green Belt training course will provide you with an understanding of Six Sigma Green Belt technical tools and how they are applied. You will learn how to select the appropriate statistical techniques commonly applied at Six Sigma Green Belt level and how to interpret the results from a number of core analytical tools.

This intensive three-day course has been designed for anyone who wants to learn how Six Sigma Green belt technical tools can be applied to continual improvement work. Successful completion represents an important step towards becoming an ISO 18404 Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

During this interactive and highly practical course you will use Minitab 18 software which is commonly used in Green Belt level business improvement projects. Our expert tutors will make sure you complete the course feeling confident that you can apply the knowledge and implement continual improvement techniques as soon as you step back inside your organization.

- Demonstrate a robust knowledge of the correct usage of objective data in improvement projects
- Begin to develop the competencies required by ISO 18404 (with reference to ISO 13053) through knowledge and practice of a series of technical tools
- You’ve already attended our White, Yellow, and Foundation Green Belt training courses (or equivalent) which are a pre-requisite for attendance at this course
- You need to be able to select and apply the correct analytical and graphical tools associated with Six Sigma at Green Belt level to help deliver continual improvement work
- If you’re part of an organization, leading or working in a team adopting Six Sigma as its chosen improvement methodology
- You’re involved in implementing a quality management system such as ISO 9001
- You will gain 24 CPD hours
