This promotion offer entitles an 10% off selected BSI Hong Kong training courses during the Promotion Period provided that payment is made using a valid Mastercard (“Offer”).

The Offer is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. This Offer is valid from 1 June 2021 to 31 December 2021, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. This Offer is only applicable to selected BSI Hong Kong training courses (“Courses”) and does not apply to: Global BIM Manager Professional Training, Global BIM Coordinator Professional Training,  CITF and RTTP-funded courses. BSI Pacific Limited (“BSI”) reserves the right to amend the list of Courses from time to time.
3. This Offer only applies to eligible transactions. A transaction is eligible if the payment for the Courses is made with an applicable Mastercard during the Promotion Period, and the Mastercard cardholder (“Cardholder”) must enter the promotion code “BSIMC10” (“Promotion Code”) during the booking process, prior to making payment. The booking has to be made on BSI Hong Kong’s training booking platform.
4. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, coupons, funded training or promotional offers.
5. This Offer cannot be transferred, redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit limit or other discounts/ products/ services.
6. The Courses are provided subject to the applicable BSI training terms and conditions.
7. BSI and Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited (“MAP”) will not accept any liability should an applicable Cardholder fail to input the relevant Promotion Code when conducting eligible transactions and results in forfeiture of the Cardholder’s eligibility to the Offer.
8. MAP shall hold no liability whatsoever for any disputes arising from and/or associated to a Cardholder’s participation in the Offer.
9. BSI and MAP reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and to vary or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.
10. In the event of disputes, the decision of BSI and MAP shall be final and binding.
11. The Offer is only applicable to Cardholders whose Mastercard accounts are eligible, as determined at the sole discretion of the relevant issuing bank to be in good standing and remain valid and not in default during the relevant Promotion Period.
12. Any fraud and/or abuse committed by any person, as determined BSI and/or MAP at their sole discretion, in relation to the Offer will result in the forfeiture of the person’s eligibility to the Promotion, and BSI and MAP reserve the right to deduct the value of any Offer redeemed inappropriately from any account in which the redeemed Offer is stored without prior notice and/or take legal actions in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts.
13. No person other than the Cardholder, BSI and MAP will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
14. These term and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
15. The Parties hereby agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Hong Kong to settle any disputes or claims arising out of it.
16. Personal data of cardholders may be collected by BSI and MAP for the purpose of this Promotion and the Courses.
