The Department of Real Estate Registration in Sharjah has certified to ISO 9001. The certificate was handed to the General Manager, Mr. Hamad Al Mazroa by Theuns Kotze, Regional Managing Director of BSI, Middle East and Africa.
The Department of Real Estate Registration for Sharjah was established in 2008 by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi. It documents data, proofs all changes and actions that occur on real estate, advises them as to meet expectations and protects the rights of property owners in the Emirate of Sharjah.
