ISO 9001 has been awarded to The Department of Real Estate Registration in Sharjah

The Department of Real Estate Registration in Sharjah has certified to ISO 9001. The certificate was handed to the General Manager, Mr. Hamad Al Mazroa by Theuns Kotze, Regional Managing Director of BSI, Middle East and Africa.  

The Department of Real Estate Registration for Sharjah was established in 2008 by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi. It documents data, proofs all changes and actions that occur on real estate, advises them as to meet expectations and protects the rights of property owners in the Emirate of Sharjah.

ISO 9001 is the world's most recognized quality management standard. It sets the standard not just for quality management systems in particular, but management systems in general. ISO 9001 outlines ways to achieve, as well as benchmark, consistent performance and service, by putting in place processes that allow you to improve the way you operate at all levels.
