Ras Al Khaimah Courts achieve Certification to ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems

5th March 2014, Ras Al Khaimah –RAK Courts has attained ISO 9001: 2008, the standard for Quality Management Systems certification as recognition of its commitment to Quality, Continual improvement and excellence.

H.E Ahmed Mohammed Al Khatri, Chairman of RAK Courts received the ISO 9001 Certificate from Theuns Kotze, Regional Managing Director – BSI Middle East and Africa in the presence of Senior Officials from RAK Courts and BSI.

The Certification has been awarded in recognition of RAK Courts’ commitment to business excellence in providing world class services to help increase the customer experience and provide a Quality working environment for employees.

The ISO 9001 was awarded by the British Standards Institution (BSI) following a series of assessment audits. The Certificate is accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) which is the Accreditation Body of the United Kingdom.
